We bring portable ovens and prepare Neapolitan pizza on site with 72-hour fermented dough. Ingredient quality matters, as does the way the flavours work together: our Rinascita combines San Marzano tomato, creamy fior di latte, the savoury depth of Parmigiano Reggiano and fragrant fresh basil.
