HOW SHOULD
THE EVENING
UNFOLD?
The first question is when and how you would like everyone to gather around the pizza.
A corporate event might have a set break for food. At a wedding, you might imagine pizza later, once the party is underway. For a birthday, you may want the baking to become part of the gathering.
Before choosing your menu, note the main timings: guest arrivals, food service and how long it should last. These help us plan the pizza station around your schedule.
For your Neapolitan pizza menu, think about the flavours your guests enjoy. Rinascita combines San Marzano tomato, fior di latte, Parmigiano Reggiano and fresh basil. Dada brings sweet-and-savoury notes from prosciutto and fig jam, while Barocca adds the heat of spianata piccante and chilli honey. Explore the ingredients in our recipes and discuss which choices suit your event.
STEP 01 · YOUR GUESTS AND MENU
WHO IS
COMING OVER?
Count your guests
Start with an estimate. If children will attend or guests will arrive in separate groups, make a note. Update us as invitations become confirmations.
Decide pizza’s role
Will it be the main food or one part of a larger menu? This changes the conversation about quantities, choices and timing.
Gather dietary details
Ask early about allergies and dietary preferences. Our team will discuss what can be accommodated; no pizza should be assumed to be free from allergens.
STEP 02 · THE SPACE AND THE OVENS
LET’S FIND
THE RIGHT SPOT.
Access and equipment
Send the exact address and tell us about floors, stairs, lifts or entry restrictions. If the venue has a manager, we coordinate the setup with them.
Position and utilities
Show us where you would like the pizza station. We check the space, ventilation and required utilities. Technical requirements are confirmed for the equipment being used.
Weather and a backup
For a courtyard, garden or other outdoor space, discuss a weather backup with the venue early on. We check whether the alternative is suitable before finalising the plan.
STEP 03 · TIME TO SERVE
MAKE ROOM
FOR YOUR
PEOPLE.
The pizza station should feel part of the celebration and make collecting food easy. We discuss how guests will move around the counter and where the event’s other activities will happen.
We agree access, setup, serving and finish times with you and the venue manager. If there is a music programme, speech or ceremony, add it to the plan so we can find the right moment for food.
Before the event day, we confirm the final details and the contact person at the venue.
